MAGNIN-S are a range of highly insulating feeder sleeves used to feed all types of iron and steel castings. Sleeves are manufactured with high quality materials and ensured for maximum performance under out quality assurance department. They are available in both open and blind designs. Sleeves are available in diameter ranging 25 mm to 500 mm with increments of 12.5 mm.

The manufacturing process specially designed for this unique feeder sleeve not only ensures a low density 0.5 gm/cc (±0.1 gm/cc) and therefore high grade of insulation but also ensures precise and consistent accuracy and high strength.

MAGNIN-S feeder sleeves extend the solidification time of feeder by 2 to 2.5 times compared to sand feeders and there by reduces feeder metal requirement thus increasing casting yield.
MAGNIN-S feeder sleeves improve productivity as more number of mould are poured in one heat
Carefully developed formulation of MAGNIN-S gives low density resulting in excellent insulating properties.
Being purely insulating in nature, MAGNIN-S feeder sleeves does not contaminate the metal. Hence it is ideally suited for stainless steel, nonferrous and other alloy castings.
